FD, this is a serious problem, i have just started to get into the Engineers and tonight i decided to rank my rep with Todd to Rank 3/4. so im there building mods on rank one and then it eventually moves me up to rank 3. i discard the recent choice and it take me back to the menu. i can clearly see im Rank 3 with Todd. I then click on "Engineer Workshop" and it suddenly drops me back to Rank2!!!
I have wasted at least 25tons of Sulphur. The weird thing is as i write this i quickly checked the rank and its gone back up to 3 again. here are links to what i have done so you can kind of see whats going on and the time stamp is on it.

What do i trust do i keep trying to rank up or waste my materials!!
