Ok Hudson takes over my home base system of Anlave... big deal I thought, we all federation etc etc

So last night I get in late from a rares round trip to Lave and back... look on the marketplace to buy up my next cargo and we have slaves and imperial slaves openly on sale in a FEDERAL systm

Come on, I've spent the past few months involved in federation-imperial politics and did'nt agree to having a senior federation figure allow slave trading in a long time federation system.

AFAIK the background sim completely ignores PP stuff. There are Imperial slaves for sale in Aisling Duval controlled territory, etc.

Yeah they sell them, Just because a different power is in control doesn't change their culture. Damned straight it's illegal to buy though, just wait till you're scanned!

Yeah, I don't get that.

I can buy imp slaves straight off the market in one of my regular imperial haunts and immediately it's 'illicit cargo' whilst I'm still sat on the pad. Come again?

Illegal cargo being for sell on the open market have been the case for a little while. There were multiple threads on this. For example, before I went out exploring, I saw both slaves and imperial slaves for sale in Winters HQ system of Rhea.
