After life threatening encounter with ELITE Anaconda, I managed to beat the most feared NPC in the galaxy and received 490cr bounty voucher. Such a immersion...
This was in inhabited alliance system.

There is something wrong with bounty rewards.

Edit: Also not losing your insurance re-buy.. which I likely would have ;)

It was really a Harmless Anaconda... it got you involved in it's suicide.
