Ok, I don't have a Mac, but appreciate the technical requirements for maintenance/ updates
But, no indication of when they will be back on. 5 minutes? 10 minutes? An hour? A day?
This is a sloppy and lazy communication. The most important piece of information is missing!
Is it because you don't know? Then say 'we don't know'. (But at least try and give a timescale)
Most customers understand 100% perfect service is not achievable, but there is no excuse for slack, unhelpful comms.
