Server Issue Status

OK as a new ED palyer of a few weeks this is the first issue with the servers I have encountered.

So hat's off to be honest for a such a stable server eco. I have been through the 2.3 to 2.4 patch along with updates, all have needed a quick and painless download/install (un-like others i won't mention).

Logging in has always been a breeze.

BUT!!

Just a suggestion.

Maybe have a community bullitin with server status and what is affected.
On the launcher 'Issues Detected' is more than a little vague. My issues... Your Issues...

I come across this as I am working abroad and this is first time logging in.
I log in play and disconnect, first thought is security which is good due to demograph.

Not until do I go to twitter after which by the way some people don't use.

Just bulltin it on community also.

E.G.

'Log-in server issues NA'
Or
'EurAsia demograph play issues'

Back in the old SWG days we could go to a web page to see current server status and know what the issue was.

Just a suggestion to be a little more informative on the official channels other than tweets.

UPDATE:

OK... I know have server log-in issues., unfortunately my launcher says all ok.

So is it now my issues? Am I back to seafaring ye' olde' tinterwebs for clues to said log-in treasure!!

Or maybe I will go buckle some swash for a time until tweets appear.

Dudes! in Frontier, all serious GL and hope all's well and it is just me 1/2 way across the world from where i am supposed to be.
