Same here. Can't even get into the game past the Elite Dangerous logo. I press "A" and then it says "can't connect to authentication server" and suggests I check my internet connection...which is fine of course.

I'm not sure why we are getting issues as we all know there is no work on Legacy.

It's very annoying.
Whats the point of being compatible if we are never getting it ?
Was so excited to be able to play only to get a server issue message.
What compatability updates ?
We are not EDO compatible we are even on a different server.
We don't get ships Paintjobs or decals or new story, our BGS,PP and even exploration isn't monitored in live (EDO)
Legacy critical fixes only
EDH 4.0 (Odyssey light) they have all the stuff but can't see it .
EDO or Live pc only

Paul, can you give us any insight as to what's been wrong with the legacy servers lately? Twice in a week we've had some connection issues which prevent us from playing the game. It would be nice to know if the issue is an ongoing one. Thanks!
Or is it Fdev have really thought about it and realised that console players are the nicest folk around and are working in the background to bring Legacy into the EDO, but can't say anything til oct 31st ??? He asks hopefully ????
