Horizons Server problems?

Here in Hamburg/GER no server connection. Thrown out of the game. Anyone else?

Getting this error all the time in ED:H and CQC since 3.0.x - annoying as hell, as it is happening mid-game in CQC. I am in New Zealand, so thought it might be a latency issue...not if happening in EU though.

PC with high speed fibre internet connection.
