Yep same exact message here. PC, steam, restarted steam and pc and router. Same message.

Update - I'm in! with no more restarts it just worked all the sudden.

Instead of the whole restart steam with Elite on high priority we need a force update option. Ya know? Jam that update right in there...forcefully.
