Servers glitches

Been getting all sorts of oddities today.
Was in a wing with a buddy in a clipper. He was in trouble and attempting to low wake out of a high RES, cos he'd gotten wanted and we took on a wing of 5 vultures. Lol
Anyway, his FSD failed, and he was destroyed. I was sad. So I mopped up the rest and low waked out myself to rearm and repair. Then I lost connection.
When I came back, my buddy said his game had crashed and he came back online in his clipper with about 15% hull in the same spot he died. Lol
After that, he seemed to be having trouble with SC and kept dropping for no reason.
As for me, I was fighting an FDS, and i was roughly 500m behind it, slightly above. And it starting firing PA at me!
Either he had an experimental PA turret, or he wasn't really facing the other way at all. Lol
Not to mention the slow SC transitions and contact and BB loading.
Also various NPCs rubber banding or skipping all over the place.

I had a Federation Drop Ship do an instant u-turn on me. I was chasing it, then suddenly, instantly, it was facing me, and firing!
