So this is happening more and more to me since Update 10. Never seen it before, but now when I land at a station and try to use the commodity or black markets, I'll occasionally be greeted with this:

Relogging doesn't help, but switching to Horizons, lo and behold its working again.

Anyone else encountering this?

Yeah! Recognize that myself! In my case all the stations go into supercruise trying to hide behind planets when I'm approaching. Fix that bug FDEV!

No active states for ages according to Inara.

I don't trust those big hot balls. There's always one right in my face when I jump, and they make me uncomfortable.

I haven't found that just simple relogging solves any of the connection issues, always have to shut the game down completely and restart. I guess that something in the networking system gets stuck whenever there is a hiccup, and needs a complete restart.

Now that you say that, I've actually had two disconnects last week which could only be solved by completely restarting the game (my internet appeared fine at the time). I can't recall if I ever had that before Update 10.
