Setting salary defaults

imho it's quite workful if you have lots of shops/employees and make your walkthrough to enhance skills and pay them more.

i think it would be very helpful if there is an additional option inside park management, where we can set payment defaults depending to the training level for each kind of job (shop / security / technican / janitor / animator) instead of having the only option to raise money for each employee one by one... this option should stay to allow individual settings, but once an employee gains a training skill upgrade, his income should automatically increase by the default settings.

maybe in addition to this, default settings for automated skill/payment upgrade (by amount of sales or "job actions" per month) would be nice too - with an enable/disable button to choose if you want to have it this way or not.

this part of management is quite static anyways, so why not automate it a bit more? [happy]

may it could be considered as a bug as well - since the update which gave us more information to the staff management window, it's now impossible to set the salary while the game is running. you have to pause the game if you want to change the salary by numbers.

it seems that this issue is reasoned by the automatic status change for the column which displays what employees are actually doing. having about 10 employees or more there is nearly a permanent status change which seems to capture the cursor/focus and prohibits UI changes in different rows same time.

please investigate this as well.
