Settlement Conflict AX with Capital Ship

Just had my own first encounter with a capital ship at a Thargoid planet side combat zone. This was at Russell Plant in the Lahua system.

I've been fighting scouts at this location for several days and this is the first time I've witnessed this so my guess is that it's a random spawn, as likely to occur at one such site as any other.

It seems random. One site last night had an imperial cap ship then next time, same night, it did not show.
