Newcomer / Intro Settlement fires

The tutorial shows how to put out fires by venting the atmosphere in a building.
This leads me to wonder is there a way of STARTING fires in a building ? (mebbe to get the enemy techs inside to flee the building)
Also, will they flee the building if you vent the atmosphere...?

That would be no and no, unfortunately.
Until we get flamethrowers to play with.

.... or incendiary grenades. Or incendiary ammo for the L6.
(But then, the devs would be Bethesda, not Frontier. Think I'll stick with Frontier....)
