I wasn't aware I was being scanned and just continued walking and suddenly see a message "refused to submit to scan" and everyone is hostile and I get killed.
Then you have to taxi, pay fines and all that. Happened twice so far.
Maybe an extra 10 (?) seconds warning, or a larger in-helmet warning would be nice. Obviously if you are doing illegal stuff you don't care, but if you just want to pick up a package or walk around...
