Shadows Causing weird graphical glitches

Does anyone else have this weird shadow issue, With shadows at max setting and all other graphics settings also at max i get this weird graphics problem to best explain see the attached screenshots 1 is with shadows at max setting and 1 is with shadows off and it doesnt matter if i use NVIDIA DLSS or AMD FSR3 both give the same result. All other graphics settings are also at max. In the red circle it shows what I mean. Also watch the video it shows like a trail behind people walking. Again I have all graphics settings at max with the motion blurr turned off and depth of field turned off which was recommended by the frontier team..

Here the video Source: https://imgur.com/a/KZcUHCF

any ideas on how to fix this would be great but I think it is a shadow issue that is just there, no matter what I try it remains.

Also made a support ticket about it https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/68331

most annoying thing is the shadow dragging looking trail behind people walking, if anyone has a solution for this please tell me.

I was able to minimize the issue with shadow dragging behind people walking by turning of the game mode in windows 11, it is not completely gone but now hardly noticable when people walk, shadows themselfs are still a thing they need to look at at frontier.
