I thought it might be useful to share what kind of trade runs people are finding, so that others know what's possible / what can be done.

I'll start, though I've no idea if this is bad / average / good.

Please add yours. Please cut and paste the questions below and answer in the same format.



How many systems (including start)? - 2

How long per run (there and back)? - 20 minutes

How much profit per ton (total run - there and back)? - ~2.6k

Number of jumps? ship? FSD? - 5, Asp, B5.

Profit per hour? - ~900kcr.

I'm netting 1M per hour in a Type 6. But I haven't found 2.6k per ton profit yet. I'm at 2.3k.

That's 250k per round trip with a 112T type6.

How many jumps? what size FSD?

If you're making 1M per hour on 2.3k, I'm guessing the two systems are quite close?

I have a nice little round trip with around 1800 per ton in 10 minutes. 1 Jump, a bit more then 1 million per hour. Type 6, 96 tons.

But boooring, only safe systems and middle prized, legal goods.

I have found a lot of similar round trips, but i cant get higher than this. I know some goods and markets where higher profits would be possible, but its always too long to beat the million.

I wonder if a round trip of 5 jumps for higher profit is less boring than a round trip of 1 jump...

...but hey, I can't play ED in large doses when I'm trading. I have to break up the monotony with other stuff.
