Share blueprints via steam family sharing

Problem: I can't upload my blueprints

Situation: I'm using the game library of a family member via family sharing.

An UNKNOWN ERROR occurs if I want to upload a blueprint of one of my rides.

Is this a real issue? Because Frontier support said that I can use the game FULLY ENABLED via family sharing.

I'm really disappointed.

Can I upload my rides/scenery otherwise? because I really want to be part of that awesome community.

Thanks I've read every detail. It didn't help me at all.

Have you spent at least $5 on your Steam account?

The reason I ask is because limited accounts can't upload to the Steam Workshop and I very much doubt that Steam is generous enough to grant you these privileges by extension in any game being accessed via family sharing.

That's a good question, thanks - I actually never have bought a game online - just games on Discs a my local store and connected with steam afterwards (Skyrim and Metro Last Light - all more than 5 $)

Your link is VERY useful to me and it helped me. I downloaded already sth. from the Steam Workshop but never uploaded anything. It seems to be the issue.
