Engineers Sharing My Zirconium spot

Hello commanders,

First of all, excuse me for my english, which is not my native language.

I recently read a lot of topics regarding Zirconium, and how difficult it is to find it.

Here is the point : I scanned a planet which is a record-breaker for some elements...

Zirconium 2.222640 %
Tungsten 1.051022 %
Cadmium 1.486369 %

(also iron and nickel, but much less interesting)

And this is not something I found 3.000 LY away from Sol... it's in Ceti Sector CQ-Y d89, first planet (icy rocky) when you enter the system. 89 LY from Sol.

So good day to every commander in need of Zirconium.

Related but silly question. As players pick up materials, do planets degrade in content? And what about asteroid belts?

Confirmed. Worthy! Tip of the month, CMDR! Thanks!

No. Players can only pick up a tiny fraction of the materials available even on an itty bitty moon. Realistically, we'd have to have a million times more players around to even make the slightest measurable dent in the material/mineral reserves.

Problems with zirconium? Wut?

Orrere 2 b - Crashed anaconda site.

Location:

Here, you can find zirconium, also Antimony, tugsten, also gold, platium, pallad as bonus. Like every reload of instance, in other words, when you change from open to solo, or from private to solo, or solo to private, or private to solo, or open to open, whatever you feel like. Cargo racks where these materials drop from, well as cargo itself that is all over place, will reload/reset with space magic each time. You aint need care about your imershun anymore, just grab and roll.

So far, its been there since 2 years, and you newbs should really look there if need those things, its where it always been.

You dont need thank me, I just saved you from pointless driving around, and relying at dice roll if you might get mats dat you seek for, wich if might pop from some rocks that you waste your precius SRV plasma shots.

I lost count, how many times it was already mentioned.... wont be hurt to remind them again. Lol.

Orerre 2 b - ---------- Zirconium Thungsten Antimony Ruthenium Tellurium - ------- need navigation, not easy landing for big ships, bumpy vomit SRV ride
Ceti Sector CQ-Y d89 - Zirconium Thungsten Cadmium Ruthenium Selenium Arsenic - drop from the orbit anywhere, flat ride, shoot, pick up

Second location if faster and more enjoyable for me. Each to his own.

:D

I meant do pristine rings degrade to major -> Common, low depleted. etc.

Take a look at the mass of the next ring system you see. It's displayed on the system map (in mega-tonnes). Then figure out how many mining trips it would take to make a noticeable dint in the amounts of minerals.
