Shelter not traversable

I have made a building with a viewing area and an indoor shelter. Is there any reason why it is not traversable?

Probably the opening is too small for the animal.

Yeah, animal hitboxes got worse with every update, which means they now require doors and gates that are about 3x their actual size in order for them to be able to walk through -.-

Thanks guys, that's it. It's a really problematic situation when an animal of that size can't go through a door.

Yes.. There's a thread complaining about this hitboxing issue, we hope it gets fixed sooner or later !

I assume that animals have to be able to turn around at any time witout colliding. That’s probably why theor hotboxes are so big. So the opening basically has to be as wide as the animal is long.

Hmm, there where plenty of animals that didn't fit that type door prior to the update either , but this depended on size of the animal.

Besides that, there seems to be a change in hitboxes.
So if they did fit before the update something must have changed.

The amount of space that is actually lost due to the hitboxes is actually a bit insane.
