Do we just find these distributed at random stations in Hi-tech systems perhaps?
Havent seen them anywhere on my travels. Currently near SOL. If anyone can help?

Are you looking at it in the right slot? I had this exact problem before discovering that I was looking under internal when it's under utility mount!

I find them quite frequently at high tech Systems. In case you're close 78 Ursae Majoris currently sells them at a 15% Discount (probably not worth it iof you're far out, as they're fairly cheap anyway).

It was the global reward, so yes - it's for everyone. Careful if you want to swap your existing equipment - if you get there with A boosters and A shields and want to swap them for the same cheaper module, you won't see the cheaper ones on the sales list until the buyback option is gone.
