What's the best engineering for Shield Boosters for Krait? Are they useful? Do I even need them? I have chaff and heatsink, what would you use for other 2 utility slots?

I use one HD and one RA booster in my main PVP Krait, and have PDTs in the other two slots.
That one doesn't use SCBs so no need for a sink, and I use TLB/dispersal for targeting defense.
My multirole Krait has 2RAs and one HD, but it's running a prismatic instead of a biweave.
