Shield Cell Bank charges

Is there a way to figure out how much a shield cell bank will recharge your shields? I'm slowly upgrading my T9 and I was thinking of eventually ending up with something like this.

I don't know however if a 6A SCB is better than a 4A + 2A but cargo wise the 2A+4A is better than a 6A since that's like 44 extra tons of cargo getting 2 smaller SCBs (4+16 versus 64) what I don't know however is recharge.

Is a 6A recharge better or identical (or hell worse) to a 4A+2A?
