Shield cell banks vs shield boosters

So, I was toying around with my new Vulture, and I was wondering if someone did some tests of the efficiency of the new module compared to the good old SCBs.
I was trying two loadouts, one with two class E boosters and a single 4B cell bank, the other with two class B boosters and no cell bank.
What do you think is better for RES hunting? And for PvP? I'm actually liking the one with no bank, but maybe it's a bit risky if you are under heavy fire.

Hey mate. I don't use a bank, though my feelings are that it is risky, more so in PVP. Most things of consequence mass lock a vulture, i'm curious to know which of those ships can outrun one though? I know the clipper can for sure, but what are top speeds of the other heavier ships?

Im also a big believer in the fact the vulture is so agile, its part of its defence.

I think the other fast one is the Orca.

So really, you can outrun the real deadly stuff. While the clipper is a threat, its shields are weak, so should be at least an even fight though i would think the vulture should win fairly easily. Same goes for an Orca.

I'm thinking agility is the best defence, sticking with max firepower! I use 2x C3 beams.

Hey man! Yeah, that was my thought exactly. Well, the Clipper can masslock a Vulture but it should not be very dangerous to us, as we can pretty much run circles around it and it has really weak shields. They go down in seconds in my experience.

Yep. I guess the only way to really know is to head to Lave and see what happens.
