Ship Builds & Load Outs shield cells to boosters ratio ?

Boosters strengthen shields, cells replenish them. Too many boosters and the cells will recharge only little. Has anyone done the number crunching for the optimal ratio on a combat ship ? Traders will obviously go all boosters to keep shields up until they can escape. Cells only waste cargo space there. For a combat ship the optimal ratio will be very important after 1.3 lands however, since SC doesn't reset your shields to full anymore.

Edit: Afterthought, might it even make sense to fit a lower than max shield generator with more cells to last longer ? A lower shield than can be fully recharged one or more times may last longer in the end than a bigger one that can only be partially recharged. After all the lower shield also frees up power than can be used for better cells.

Try ED shipyard it'll do some of the math for you in relation to boosters at least, SCB's it's up to you ;)

Shields recharge the same amount of shield every second regardless of shield boosters, it only seems slower because it has to recharge more to reach full capacity.
For shield cell values, look at this post "https://forums.frontier.co.uk/showthread.php?t=137188". There you can see how much shield each type of cell recharges per use.
