ok someone asked me about this and maybe he can state here it again, he asked how it will be handled and if there will be a possibility to bring all power to one particular shield part.

indeed you will have ships with more than 1 shield and you can install more than 1 generator, so can there be an option to tell one generator to put its power to another shield device than its normally intended to?

I think on one of the earlier Dev Videos this was confirmed as a plan but I suppose the DDF archive thread on Shields has the most definite answer to how they will be most likely realised:

• 1 or 2 shield generator modules can be fitted to a system with 2 shield zones
• Shield generator module assignment is carried out whilst docked
  • in later releases players will be able to manually assign shield generator modules by direct interaction
