Whenever docked at a station or outpost (no matter the type and no matter the ship) I experience a weird flickering of the ship UI, as if the ship itself was vibrating, so to speak. It is not a graphic glitch or a rendering bug : I can see the ship physically vibrate on the dashboard, and if I look down I can see my character's hands and body slightly vibrate or flicker as well. It is as if the ship was improperly attached to the docking bay and vibrating slightly. This flickering/shaking starts as soon as I file a docking request and start entering the station's perimeter. It doesn't occur when landed on a planet, nor when flying in FSD.
I looked in the forums and what I am experiencing mirrors exactly this bug (link) which was reported during the pre 2.0 era of the game.
Logging off and logging on again seems to fix the shipside flickering, but then I get light flickering on the station shadows and textures. It's not horrible, I can certainly live with it, but it is very weird. I have about 150 hours with Elite and it is only happening since a few dozen hours (and since I docked at an asteroid station, but I don't think it is related).
Does anyone experience that as well? And are there any potential fixes?
Thanks.
