Ship Blueprints - my next project

Part inspired by the concept art from back during the KickStarter we saw from Newsletter #4 (see below) and part goaded by a Reddit poster who thought my ship size comparison chart was "too vague", I decided to take a different art direction.

Whether you want to call them schematics, or as I have, blueprints, they are what they are - hopefully nice wallpapers.

I'm creating a blueprint for all 30 ships and all 3 fighters. I will if I can manage it, add blueprints for both capital ships and a station too. I am planning on adding the SRV somewhere along the line.

I will publish one a day on my blog, www.elite-dangerous-blog.co.uk, so check back periodically for updates.

Published 27 to date and I've drawn them all. German and French language versions to follow. Spanish language versions coming.

Question for the community: Is this the Scarab manufacturer's logo (Vodel)

Second question: Does anyone know who makes Navigation Beacons? Do any stats exist on them?

Repped. When done with the ships, I challenge you to do the two major stations as well. :) Olivia (I think that's who was looking for station dimensions yesterday) will thank you for it.

A desktop background image for your fave ship would be interesting, as would a rotating image showing off a new one on each reboot.

Now if only someone can build one for real. I love live in a corvette house or sidewinder even if it did not function. I need to be rich. :)

Considering how big all the ships are, even a sidewinder would be incredibly huge for a house; I can't even imagine a corvette lol
That's bigger than a football stadium.
