Ship Cargo

Good day, Frontier Staff. Hoping all is well. Sooooo, at some point are you going to make it so that cargo doesn't have to transfer with us when we switch ships? Come on, even No Man's Sky has this figured out...If I switch ships, what's on those cargo racks shouldn't have to come with me unless I choose to do so. If I switch from my Corvette that's got 150 tons on it, to my Python 2 that has NO CARGO RACKS, that shouldn't be an issue. I should be able to leave my loaded Corvette in storage, go do what I've got to do in my other ship, and then come back to my Corvette with the cargo still there. Why can't this be done?

Then comes the complaints that this Corvette can't be shipped to the station you are on because it has cargo, so the then people start demanding ships with cargo can be shipped anywhere, then the exploiters will use it to complete cargo CG's while at the same time never flying anything other than a heavily armed fighter with no cargo space. Then FDEV have to start trying to patch exploits and set exceptions for CG cargo filled ships versus ships filled with cargo that isn't for a CG and etc. Can of worms territory, if you think we have bugs now wait until they have to do something complicated!
