I'm sure this suggestion has been made before, but I think it would be extremely useful in Odyssey. Simply, it'd be nice to have the ability to drop out of my ship either on-foot (like from a Frontline Solutions dropship, except anywhere) or in an SRV, without needing to land first. This would be super useful in combat situations where I don't want to expose my ship to hostile NPCs or settlements for any longer than necessary. It'd also be nice for exploration, where I could immediately walk or drive around places where the terrain is to rough to land.

While the main intent would be for multi crew I see no reason this shouldn't be able to be used solo. From what it seems the drop bay on npc ships just replace the srv hanger so all ships should work with it. One thing we love doing in odyssey is drop 1-2 players at a settlement then have...
