Ship fitting Calculator?

Coming from Eve, obviously I'm a little reliant on things like Eve Fitting Tool, so see what kind of stats i can get out of a ship without manually buying it all, is there anything like this currently? I wanted to check out what kind of FSD range i could get out of an Adder to give exploration a try. If there is no such tool yet, does anyone happen to know what range you can get it to? Without spending a joke amount of money on the FSD.

As a side note, does anyone know whether a class 1 A is better than a class 2 B? without there actually being any kind of stats to compare, finding it difficult to decide on some equipment like shield generators or shield cells.

Regards 1A and 2B it depends on what it is really. Generally the higher level one will be better but not always as it depends on what module and what youre trying to do.

As for A1 VS B2.. A is always better Best thing to do is play on the configurator, Green is good and red is bad.

Thanks for the help all, looks like i can get my Adder to about 15ly range without excessive spending, just wish it had one more internal, don't want to remove shields, which means i have to dump all cargo space in order to get all the discovery scanners and have a fuel scoop.
