Probably already been mentioned but I would like the ability to hire ships, I don't necessarily want to pay nearly 200 million credits for a big freighter but I wouldn't mind hiring one for basically as long as I need it, I could pay a fee for the time I hire it or I could pay out a percentage of my profits whist using it, maybe both. I'm sure there'll be spaceship hire in 3300, it would be no different than car hire today!

I like this idea, it's especially useful early on when you can't afford these really expensive ships, also to add to this human players with these ships should be given the chance to hire them out instead of it being just NPC. This would help out new players and the player hiring can make money without doing anything.
