Ship integrity formula needs to be recalculated. It is absolutely stupid in its current form.

Why does ship integrity repauir price fluctuate based on the number/type/cost of modules installed? Makes no sense.

Why does the ship integrity repair cost sometimes exceed rebuy cost? Makes no sense. There are pilots out there stripping their ships to base config, flying outside and blowing their ship up because the rebuy cost is LESS THAN THE SHIP INTEGRITY REPAIR.
 
One would think routine maintenance would lower the costs of wear and tear. Replace that capacitor for 100 cr before it blows out that 1,000,000 cr module.
