Ship killed by settlement while docked - trespass bug?

Just bought a type 10 and core mined all weekend when I landed in a settlement and had the game crash as I was browsing the market. When I logged back in, I was dead and my cargo of over 130 tons of minerals gone. Went through the log file and saw that AFTER I was granted permission to dock, I was suddenly under attack. The "ship" that killed me was the base (I think). Some browsing online led to reports of being attacked by settlements while docked due to the size of the ship triggering a trespass bug (mine was a Type 10). See below and attached logs:

I already opened a ticket with FDev, but thought I would post this here to contribute in case others had similar experiences.

Rest in peace my dude. Is it possible that you somehow had a bounty, was then scanned by a cop while parked then aggro? I've had that happen to me before. Don't know if it would show the "scan detected" in your log or not.

side note: there is no "Maji Engineering Foundry" in Mombilar system listed on Inara. I went to check it it possibly flipped to war cuz curious. Did you edit your log file to obfuscate your pad location? I doubt it. More likely, did Fdev comp you and then delete that as a bugged surface site?? I'm just really curious now.

side note: there is no "Maji Engineering Foundry" in Mombilar system listed on Inara.

Inara isn't necessarily complete, there are a lot of systems that still haven't had every ody settlement added since it needs someone to visit them with EDMC running, set to upload station data, and be linked to an Inara account.
