Newcomer / Intro Ship loss...do you lose the upgrades as well.

When your ship implodes do you lose the upgrades as well or do they auto-replace when your insurance replaces it?

You get the choice in the rebuy screen - you can chose to replace the ship with its old loadout or selectively rebuy. Just tick the things you want before confirming.
