Ship Management Out-of-Game

I would really enjoy - and would spend more time in-game - if we had a ship management phone app (or website) where we could log in to our Elite account and interact with the dockyards of the various stations we have ships on, to:

• Change ship loadouts, depending on stored items / station parts
• Order ships transferred to different stations, using current in-game timers

Agreed, although I doubt it would happen as that would reduce time that players are actually in game, lowering engagement statistics. Although if there was a way to integrate the ARX store as well then it could be a nice little earner! Why not add a paint job / ship kit while playing with builds!

Loadouts have been one of the most recurring QoL requests since a while... keep fingers crossed, but I doubt it's going to be implemented.

I see what you mean, but I reckon a companion app could actually have the reverse effect. Imagine being able to outfit/transfer ships and modules from your phone before you actually get into the game, while on the train home or on your lunch break etc... places where this kind of busy work would be beneficial in allowing you and others to just coordinate beforehand and just open the game when you get home and jump straight into the activities that are planned? Add in some PowerPlay/Thargoid War notifications etc.. and I think the overall engagement of the game could go up, and then there is the fact that being active in the app could also qualify as engagement also.. I see it as a win/win myself.

Yeah, I spend a lot of time playing around in Coriolis, and then want to play in Elite and try flying my latest ship. That's why I'd play Elite more if it were easier to do that.
