Ship Pitching Up With No Input

Another nooby question, but I was binding my joystick buttons, and when I went to test it all out, my ship was pitching up without any joystick input. It was only pitching at about 25% speed, so I could just hold the joystick slightly forward, but you know... so anyways, I need help. Thanks.

You can modify the deadzone in the the options settings in game. Or try unplugging it, works with my X52 as that recailbrates the deadzone every time it is powered up and if I have not stored it with the stick vertical I get this problem. Just make sure it is centred and plug it back in.

Same thing was happening to me except it wasn't pitching but it was creeping forward. Took me forever to just figure out that unplugging the usb and plugging back in fixed it quick. Now I unplug my hotas even if I just think something is going amiss LOL.
