I know they arent necessarily a fixed price across the galaxy but does anyone know of a price list anywhere, im upgrading from a type 6 and arent quite sure on what and would like to know the prices

Overall the price variation across systems and stations is minimal in my experience. I always use the ED shipyard that lunchmoney posted as a guide then + 25% of the ship cost for insurance, cargo, mishaps and other expenses.
The only time that changes is the major discounts like 15% in Li Yong-Rui controlled systems and such.
