ship prices vary station to station now

so ive been noticing since 1.3, and even after the server reset today, ship prices vary at certain stations now. want a cool 1-8 million credit discount on medium to large size ships? check out goldstein dock in lembava, and cleve vision in fusang. all current as of an hour ago. hopes this helps some of you out. :)

Lembava is the system controlled by Li Yong-Rui, who offers a 15% discount on everything. Fusang is under Hudson's control, who offers a 10% discount on everything. So the only bug is that the first one should actually offer a 15% discount on outfitting only instead of everything, the second one should offer a 10% discount on weapons only instead of everything.

Yes...Lembava......got an A8 generator there for 138 Million instead of 162.
