Ship pricing wierdness

So I've been to about 5 different systems,and the ships seem to be varying in purchase price,from full price to about 20% off.

Is this intended or a bug as I suspect,and should I snap up a few bargains;)

Just seen a Vulture for 3940492,pretty sure there usually 4900000 or there abouts

Somethings not right,I have a stored stock Sidewinder here that I can sell for 28800 and buy another for 25600???

Could be a serious exploit but I already own 2 legit Conda's and a small fleet of other ships so I'm not about to try it.

How do I submit bug report?

Have you ''pledged'' to anyone Drunkenmonk....? If you have and are in a system controlled by your faction then I think one of the bonuses that the feds give is 20% off ships and modules/weapons chap.
There is a thread on here somewhere of what faction gives what extra benefits in what systems they control or exploit chap, hope that helps out.

I think you don´t have to be pledged to some power to see the different prices in ships, outfitting and goods !

No I've not pledged with anyone,I am allied with Imperial and Feds though-if this is new feature wish I'd waited before buying my 10% off Conda and Python a couple of weeks ago
