So I recalled my ship and initially I did get the blue circle to enter but then the game crashed due to some connection issue. So I reconnected, logged in and recalled ship again. Ship came but I couldn’t enter it. No blue circle. Tried dispatching and recalling the ship at different platforms on planet but same issue. So now I’m taking an Apex shuttle to a different outpost, different world, hoping new location will fix the bug. If I still can’t enter ship what are my options?

There's always the Recovery option from the menu.
Ok, thanks. I tried another planetary body in same system but I couldn’t recall due to distance so I shuttled back to the same moon but a different outpost than before. Issue was the same. Oddly when I was in the menu doing a bug report my character passed out from exposure or something and when I got back to in game I was in my ship just outside the moon.
