Ship Recall

Why is it that most times that i recall my ship it lands on unsuitable ground, is it a bug or just to annoy those trying to embark in a Rover. Took six attemts last night, drove me nuts (with different location's.

I have abandoned SRVs in Odyssey because of this.

New bug in Odyssey: despite planet now being flat as a pancake (drawn-on "fissures" on ground are literally like a painted pattern, the surface is actually as smooth as a billiard ball) I recalled my ship three times, it got to the point of deploying landing gear, then retracted its landing gear and dismissed itself again. Three times.

And geologiocal sites (I found one just driving, needle crystals were present as well as crystalline fragments) are still broken - the needle crystals dispensed only iron.
