I am new to the forum, and have only been playing the game for a couple of months (not including playing the original in 1985/86!) so apologies if this is not the right place for suggestions.
But all the engineers seem to be addressing the ships' modules. How about one that can change the ships' structures a bit?
Perhaps a chap/ess who can turn a class 3 compartment into 3 class 1 compartments for example, or add a utility point or two?
