Ship thrusters forward/backward as a separate axis

In ship controls thrusters Forward/Backward have one full range axis and two buttons (forward/backward).
After assigning pedals axis to button field they work only as a switch on/off. But in srv controls it is possible to assign two separate axis for driving/speed. Is possible to do that (assign as a separated axis) for ship thrusters forward/backward control like in srv? [set: T16000M flight pack + second T16000M joy] [connection of both pedals axis as one not possible]

I try different setups but lack for tiny adjustments with FAoff is 'costly'. And breaks immersion. For key inputs I don't see problem but for joys(axis) is not that funny. :(
