The ships really are a lot bigger than they feel in-game, even the "small" ones aren't what we would consider a "fighter" in today's terms.

Nice, those pics are great. Would love to see more of those. Its really hard to appreciate the size in game, this might be another way walking around might help show you how big these machines are.

The Asp is surprisingly big, I thought a python was much bigger,

Yes I'd actually like to see all the ships have a single photo of them taken on a runway at an airport in the same way. This way you can really judge the sizes of each one facing the same way in the exact same location compared to airplanes around them at the airport...
