Ship Transfer Costs - These Prices are Nutty!

Hi

I had read about it on the beta forums, and it's true - these prices are completely nutty.

I'm at Jameson the rest of my ships are at Fong W*ng - one small jump away. To transfer my Python is >250,000CR. That's just crazy!

How did we get here? From instant travel, something we want the masses to engage in so that we can enjoy more gameplay to something that takes a while and costs so much that only the very wealthy will not seriously have to think about using.

I just don't get it!

Thanks.

PS Great job on releasing 2.2 overall

YEah is too much money!

Besides the makes-no-sense-at-all transfer times, the cost seems a bit over the top, and I'll think I'll give it a pass.

Some other examples - an Anaconda 750k for a 1 system jump, a Vulture 810k for 160 light years. This is far, far from chump change, especially if you want to use often...i just don't think this is usable in any sustainable way.

Isn't this a facility the use of which should be encouraged? So it's easier to take part in CGs, for example? So we will explore more?

Following the beta posts it seems the Immersion folks seem to get their way over the lets play for fun folks. I don't get it either. I would have much rather they spent time on addressing the engineer cargo storage issue which when you poll the users is much more of a quality of life killer than anything....
