So people are complaining a little about how hard it is to collect materials for the engineer mods. And that there is to low storage.
So I propose we get some kind of a storage facility which we can buy or rent inside stations. This storage will deduct a small daily fee from you. Another credit sink. Or you could just buy it in one go.
At the same time you could by another storage facility at another space station. And if you have much stored materials/stuff in one facility you can get it transported from one place to another with ships flying back and forth. This would be nice because all want a storage facility near the engineers then. The transportation of materials would also be a credit sink, the longer the transport the higher the credits you pay to get it there.
To shorten the range we need wormholes which can shorten the trip to different star systems immensely. These can also be part of lore and be explored and added to the game in due time. But man should exist inside the bubble. Travelling inside wormholes should wear and tear on your ship, so when you get out of your jump you will need to repair your ship. Wormhole travel takes a toll on the hull/modules of your ship.
And the last thing ship transportation. To be able to rent a guy on the mission/hire board which can fly your ship to your destination. It takes some time but it gets there in the end. It costs money and the longer the distance the more it costs.
All these things would make all more happy and its easier to use the engineers. And ship transportation and wormholes would be a welcome part of the game.
