I saw a recent post where someone mention a station that sold all ships and all upgrades but I can't find the post now.:S

Does anyone know where that station is please?

you can just search for "founders world" in the navigation menue.
but you need access to the system which is gained by being a kickstarter backer or being elite in one of the three categories.

Shinrarta Dezhra. However you need to be either an Alpha/Beta backer or have Elite status in one of your professions. You can also search for High Tech systems in the galaxy map.
