Which ships and weapons have the "guided" lasers?
As in.. you don't have to line them up perfectly on your target.

I think you are referrring to gimballed weapons. I havent seen ship restrictions to a particular "gimballed" weapon other than the weapon class of the hard point to fit it to.
Typically the gimballed weapons are a class lower i.e. you can use a c1 gimballed pulse laser on a C2 hardpoint. I have yet to see a class 2 gimballed laser.

the guided weapons are those with the (G) sysmbol next to them, and the (T) symbol.
the G stands for Gimbals and the T for Turrets.
gimballed weapons can be installed on hard points of one class above their rating. for example if you want to fit a class 3 G weapon you need a class four hard-point
