Ships Bigger than the Anaconda Planned?

Will we get ships bigger than the Anaconda and Type 9?

Like the Boa.

Overview

The largest of the freighters produced in Independent shipyards, the Boa Cruiser is the Anaconda's big brother. It is large enough to buy a starports stock out in several items and make a fortune in. A rich mans vessel, it comes with a rich mans price tag. In comparison to some of the new freighters, the Boa is an antique, but it is a timeless antique, still flying the space roads after other ships have come and gone.

Notable Features

The Boa looks exactly like an Anaconda, only bigger. It has the same shape and dimensions, just to a larger scale. Despite the increase in weight, it actually has superior acceleration. It also has two turret gun mountings, which make fighting opponents considerably easier when using such a large vessel. Another interesting fact: The Boa only requires two more crew over an Anaconda, despite being double the weight.

Well, when we get "outside docking areas" (eg. beacons where the drones are waiting) as well, please give me a boa, but if I have to fit it through the letterbox, no thank you, I'm happy with the little sister

Isn't the Panther Clipper announced? That's what I'm aiming for, loved it in Frontier.

Yeah, the Clipper is certainly bigger than the Anaconda. Possibly the Corvette is also. The limit on ship size is the station letterbox, it's the Panama Canal of the 3300s.

You can easily strap 2 anacondas together side on and fit through the letter box and land on a large pad imo. Lots of room to grow the ships.

Oh, I hadn't seen the Cutter artwork before, that's cool. Looks Anaconda sized only with nacelles.

The letterbox isn't a problem for the Panther. It has the same shape. (Love the artwork. Pretty close to the old one. The old Imperial Trader had three nacelles.)

Yeah a ship double the width of an Anaconda could dock at stations.

We'll surely need external docking for larger player ships like the Boa.

I think the Panther Clipper is bigger in Elite 2 compared to the 3D model.

I hope so, I love big ships. It's kind of what sold me on this game, the anaconda and the T9 and the idea of piloting them is what made me pull the trigger on the store.
