Horizons Ships paint

I bought some paintings for different ships before this patch and I can't use them anymore. When I get to the Ed website and look into what I have bought they appear in my purchase but when I try to apply them in the game there is no more paintings for my ships. The game redirect me to ED website to buy ships paint again. Did I lost them all? Is it the same for you guy's?

How long ago did you buy them? sometimes it takes time for them to apear.

I would say a couple of months ago, Maybe 2 to 3 months ago.

Which ship are the skins for? Just asking because a common mistake people make is, for example, buying a dropship skin and thinking it will apply to a FAS or FGS. Same goes for the ASP, Cobra, Diamondback, and Viper.

They should certainly appear in outfitting for the specific ship you bought them for.

If not, this is worse than a bug, because you paid money, so you should ask FD Support to look into it for you.

Well it's for the Viper Mk IV and this also happens to all my paint for all of my ships. I will contact FD support.

Do you mean the Squadron pack released a few weeks ago.
Because that's the only Mk IV one available. All others are for the Mk III. If you have spare CR it may be worth buying a Mk III just to double check.

Although yeah fair enough, throw a ticket that way and see what comes back, they are usually very good at support.
